Summary

Position Summary

The Investigations Data & Compliance Analyst serves as a key functional expert responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and synthesizing complex internal investigation data to inform executive decision-making and drive organizational risk-mitigation strategies. This role exercises independent judgment to optimize reporting framework capabilities within EthicsPoint and translates investigation metrics into actionable strategic insights for senior leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Independently design, evaluate, and perform complex analyses on investigations data to identify systemic trends, operational vulnerabilities, and compliance risks across the business.

EthicsPoint Platform Management & Customization: Serve as the functional administrator and subject matter expert for the EthicsPoint reporting infrastructure. Evaluate operational requirements and exercise discretion to determine data collection architectures, reporting parameters, and workflow configurations.

Executive Advisory & Reporting: Formulate, interpret, and present high-level risk assessment metrics and strategic recommendations directly to executive leadership and key business stakeholders to influence corporate compliance strategy.

Continuous Process Improvement: Evaluate current investigation workflows and reporting methodologies; formulate independent proposals to enhance data integrity, streamline reporting governance, and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory standards.

Cross-Functional Advisory: Provide analytical support and strategic guidance to internal audit, legal, and compliance partners on high-significance investigation trends and risk-exposure areas.


Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience managing IT projects, with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Experience preparing project plans, status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive presentations.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
