Job Description:
Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in Agile and Scrum practices.
Facilitate Sprint Planning| Daily Standups| Backlog Refinement| Sprint Reviews| and Retrospectives.
Foster self-organizing| collaborative teams focused on delivering business outcomes.
Partner with Product Owners to support backlog management and Sprint goal alignment.
Identify| escalate| and help remove impediments affecting team delivery.
Promote adoption of Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Coordinate dependencies and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and improve Scrum processes while minimizing external distractions.
Support Agile project planning| release readiness| and delivery transparency.
Facilitate effective communication among business| product| technology| and operations partners.
Essential Skills: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)| Professional Scrum Master (PSM)| or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
Experience in commercial banking| treasury management| payments| ACH| Positive Pay| or other financial services domains.
Experience working in a regulated environment.
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and business stakeholders.
