· Drive Cross-Product Integration: Partner with interconnected clinical platforms (including Patient Care and CWOW) to anticipate upstream/downstream dependencies and ensure a seamless, end-to-end physician experience.
· Foster Cross-Functional Alignment: Build strong collaborative relationships with Engineering, UX, Clinical Operations, PMO, Legal/Compliance, and adjacent Product teams to align on milestones, priorities, and trade-offs.
· Lead Agile Product Delivery: Guide an Agile Scrum team by providing clear problem context, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priority definitions to enable high-velocity, iterative delivery.
