Summary

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management or related experience, with demonstrated experience leading digital products or complex software capabilities from discovery through delivery and optimization.
  • Experience translating ambiguous customer or business problems into clear product opportunities, priorities, and roadmaps.

  • Experience leading product discovery and taking products or major capabilities from problem identification through launch and optimization.
  • Experience using product analytics, qualitative research, experimentation, and customer insights to guide product decisions.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments and partnering with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Security, Risk, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering coordinated experiences across web and mobile platforms.
