Product Manager / Product Owner We are seeking an experienced Product Manage / Product Owner to drive product strategy, roadmap development, and end-to-end product delivery for digital solutions within the Product Lifecycle & Delivery function.
The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
Experience in Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare domains is highly preferred, along with familiarity with Al, Generative Al, and data-driven product development.
(ey Responsibilities:
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements. Own and manage the product backlog, user stories, and feature prioritization. Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver high-quality products. Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure successful product delivery.
Leverage Al and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve offerings.
Required Skills
8-15 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Delivery. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases. Understanding of Al/ML, Generative Al, and digital product ecosystems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Experience Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or regulated industry experience.
Experience with digital transformation and data-driven products.
Exposure to healthcare, clinical, or research platforms is an advantage.
