Description Position OverviewWe are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support across a multi-site organization. This individual will assist with end-user support, desktop administration, infrastructure maintenance, and day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience supporting a Windows-based environment.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and support desktop and laptop hardware and software.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup and equipment deployment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Support routine server maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure-related initiatives.
- Participate in IT projects and technology rollouts.
- Perform a variety of technical support tasks as assigned by the IT team.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and end-user guides.
- Assist with administration of third-party business applications, including ERP systems.
- Provide technology support across multiple office and operational locations.
- Deliver responsive, customer-focused support to end users throughout the organization.
Requirements Qualifications- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with modern desktop technologies.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
Experience- 2+ years of professional IT support experience.
- Experience supporting Windows environments.
- Experience with user administration, hardware deployment, and troubleshooting preferred.
