The candidate will be responsible for Tableau Cloud administration, platform monitoring, troubleshooting, user support, reporting deployments, Azure SQL Database support, Salesforce data/reporting environments, Azure Data Factory pipelines, and MuleSoft integrations.
Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, and security.
Monitor Tableau platform health, extract refreshes, subscriptions, and scheduled jobs.
Troubleshoot Tableau performance, connectivity, and reporting issues.
Support report developers, analysts, and business users.
Deploy and promote reports across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
Support and troubleshoot Azure SQL Database environments.
Investigate reporting data issues and perform data validation.
Monitor database connectivity, query performance, and data refresh processes.
Perform SQL troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Monitor and support Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.
Troubleshoot data load failures and data quality issues.
Support Salesforce data and reporting environments.
Work with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Support MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) environments and integrations.
Collaborate with development and integration teams during incident resolution and deployments.
Participate in SDLC activities and maintain technical documentation.
Work with Salesforce Architects on best practices and design decisions.
Provide guidance and training to team members.
5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Tableau Cloud administration and support.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with Azure SQL Database or similar relational databases.
Experience with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and data models.
Experience with Salesforce user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Experience supporting enterprise dashboards, reporting, and analytics platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently drive work from requirements through implementation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working across the SDLC.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
