SCOPE OF WORK The agency needs the service of a mid to Senior level BI/Tableau Admin. The candidate will be responsible for platform administration, incident management, troubleshooting, user support, monitoring, and ensuring the reliability of business-critical reporting and analytics services. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, and security in Dev Test and Production environments and Support and troubleshoot

Hartford, CT Hybrid Candidate Must Be Local 1 day per week. In person interview Mid to Senior level BI/Tableau Admin. In the role of the BI / Tableau Admin, the following services are required: Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, and security.Monitor platform health, extract refreshes, subscriptions, and scheduled jobs.Troubleshoot Tableau performance, connectivity, and reporting issues.Support report developers, analysts, and business users.
