Work Arrangement: Hybrid 80% Remote / 20% Onsite

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for Tableau Cloud administration, platform monitoring, troubleshooting, user support, reporting deployments, Azure SQL Database support, Salesforce data/reporting environments, Azure Data Factory pipelines, and MuleSoft integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, and security.

• Monitor Tableau platform health, extract refreshes, subscriptions, and scheduled jobs.

• Troubleshoot Tableau performance, connectivity, and reporting issues.

• Support report developers, analysts, and business users.

• Deploy and promote reports across Dev, Test, and Production environments.

• Support and troubleshoot Azure SQL Database environments.

• Investigate reporting data issues and perform data validation.

• Monitor database connectivity, query performance, and data refresh processes.

• Perform SQL troubleshooting and performance optimization.

• Monitor and support Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.

• Troubleshoot data load failures and data quality issues.

• Support Salesforce data and reporting environments.

• Work with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

• Support MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) environments and integrations.

• Collaborate with development and integration teams during incident resolution and deployments.

• Participate in SDLC activities and maintain technical documentation.

• Work with Salesforce Architects on best practices and design decisions.

• Provide guidance and training to team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Tableau Cloud administration and support.

• Strong SQL skills.

• Experience with Azure SQL Database or similar relational databases.

• Experience with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and data models.

• Experience with Salesforce user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

• Experience supporting enterprise dashboards, reporting, and analytics platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently drive work from requirements through implementation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience working across the SDLC.

• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

• Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
