Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Instructional Coordinators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Deliver technical training sessions using approved curriculum, instructional materials, and learning objectives.
- Facilitate hands-on exercises, demonstrations, and assessments while adapting content to different learner needs.
- Monitor learner progress, provide guidance and remediation, and maintain accurate training records.
- Support consistent, accessible, and high-quality training delivery across different audiences and delivery environments.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3+ years of experience in technical training, cloud technologies, instructional delivery, or related areas.

|
Technical Skills
|
Cloud Computing, Cloud Platforms, Technical Training, Learning Management Systems, Virtual Training Tools, Assessment Tools, Presentation Tools, Microsoft Office
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
