Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Instructional Coordinators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended training sessions using approved curriculum and instructional materials.
- Facilitate discussions, hands-on activities, demonstrations, and assessments while adapting delivery to different learner needs.
- Monitor learner engagement and performance, provide coaching, and incorporate feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, and required documentation while supporting compliant learning delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3–5+ years of experience in professional training, technical instruction, facilitation, instructional delivery, or a related field.

Technical Skills
|
Instructor-Led Training, Virtual Training, Learning Management Systems, Collaboration Platforms, Presentation Tools, Assessment Tools, E-Learning Technologies, Microsoft Office

Business / Domain Skills
|
