Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Instructional Coordinators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design learning paths, instructional materials, assessments, and learner activities based on identified skill and business needs.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult-learning principles to develop effective training solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and facilitators to validate content and incorporate delivery feedback.
- Review learning effectiveness and maintain content quality, accuracy, and currency through continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, training development, learning and development, or a related field.

|
