Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Instructional Coordinators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead curriculum strategy, development, and continuous improvement across multiple learning programs and subject areas.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, technology partners, and stakeholders to develop relevant learning content and credentialing programs.
- Establish curriculum refresh processes and ensure learning materials remain current and aligned with changing requirements.
- Develop scalable learning frameworks and reusable content models that can support multiple audiences and business initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of experience in curriculum strategy, instructional design, learning product development, certification programs, or related learning and development functions.
