Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Instructional Coordinators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions using established curriculum, instructional methods, and learning objectives.
- Facilitate hands-on exercises, assessments, and practice activities while adapting delivery to learner needs.
- Monitor learner progress, provide feedback and remediation, and maintain accurate training and completion records.
- Coordinate with training teams and stakeholders to support accessible, consistent, and effective learning experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3+ years of experience in instructional delivery, corporate training, software training, learning and development, or a related field.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Instructional Design, Instructor-Led Training, Learning Management Systems, Assessment Tools, Virtual Training Platforms, Microsoft Office, Training Documentation, Presentation Tools
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Training Delivery, Facilitation, Learner Assessment, Curriculum Implementation, Learning & Development, Stakeholder Management

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
