IT Support Specialist to support a client in the financial services industry based in
Everett, Washington. This role involves Tier 1 Support end user support, onboarding/offboarding users and supporting through hardware and software issues

Location: 100% Onsite in Everrett, Washington
Job Responsibilities: - Provide Tier 1 support for employee hardware, software, login, connectivity, printer, headset, and workstation issues.
- Own assigned service desk tickets from intake through resolution, including timely updates, documentation, follow-up, and proper closure.
- Assist with password resets, MFA, account access, application access, and routine user provisioning/deprovisioning tasks within approved procedures.
- Set up, troubleshoot, replace, and maintain laptops/desktops, monitors, docking stations, phones/headsets, and other end-user equipment.
- Support employees working in the office, remotely, and through remote-desktop environments.
- Provide first-line troubleshooting for systems employees use day-to-day, such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and other company applications; escalate application-specific issues when appropriate.
- Communicate clearly with users, respond through the existing ticket/email thread, set expectations, and confirm resolution before closing requests.
Requirements - Experience support end users in a Tier 1 capacity.
- Working through a ticketing system, Jira preferred.
- Strong experience supporting Windows Operating Systems.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, as user and support applications
- Advanced experience in onboarding and offboarding users in Azure Active Directory, setting up permissions, user access, provisioning, etc.
- Strong customer service skills provided white glove services to both internal and external users.
Soft skills: - Strong being able to work in a team environment and independently.
- Passion for supporting users and team members, and problem-solving issues.
- Strong communication skills, documenting issues and cross-team collaboration.
