As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Advanced Hardware Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams involved in hardware development for self-driving vehicles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What\'s the Job?
\t- Define tasks, resources, and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure successful program delivery that meets company milestones \t
- Develop a program roadmap to effectively communicate deliverables to stakeholders and hold them accountable \t
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks in the program schedule \t
- Set agendas for key decisions at each meeting to eliminate bottlenecks and minimize risks \t
- Establish standard reports to provide concise and effective communications on program status, issues, risks, and accomplishments
What\'s Needed?
\t- 5+ years of experience in hardware program management or engineering management, managing cross-functional teams on hardware/software integration during development \t
- Bachelor?s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience \t
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Gantt charts \t
- Experience working with contract manufacturers (CMs) \t
- Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver with the ability to maintain focus on the big picture
