Our client, a leader in innovative vehicle systems and autonomous technology, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the Systems Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:$80-$88/hour + Benefits

What\'s the Job?

    \t
  • Orchestrate the Requirements Pipeline by managing the release train, maturity lifecycle, and governance for all System Technical Specifications (STS) across program gates. \t
  • Drive SFMEA Execution & Accountability by acting as the operational owner of the System Failure Mode and Effects Analysis lifecycle, facilitating workshops, and tracking open action items. \t
  • Build and maintain cross-functional dependency mapping to proactively identify and resolve timeline disconnects, ensuring smooth engineering progress. \t
  • Lead Change Control & Impact Governance by managing Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and evaluating timeline and resource impacts across stakeholders. \t
  • Define and track maturity gate metrics, providing high-visibility status reports to executive leadership to ensure project health and alignment.

What\'s Needed?

    \t
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Systems Engineer in aerospace, autonomous vehicles, or advanced automotive sectors. \t
  • Deep familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle models, fail-operational architectures, and requirements management frameworks. \t
  • Proven experience managing safety workflows such as SFMEAs, DFMEAs, FTAs, and compliance with ISO 26262 / MIL-STD-882 standards. \t
  • Strong background in vehicle E/E system design, electrical integration, or managing complex hardware/software interfaces. \t
  • Experience using project, change, and configuration management tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, Jama, Polarion, or DOORS.
