Support desktop and laptop computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other end-user equipment to maintain daily operations.

Provide support for Microsoft 365 tools and assist with routine administrative tasks tied to user productivity services.
Help maintain local infrastructure by identifying and addressing basic network connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless access.
Keep hardware inventory records and technical documentation organized, accurate, and up to date.
Partner with site leadership and other IT contacts to support stable technology operations within the manufacturing plant.

Experience assisting users with PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
