Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide scheduled and as-needed on-site technical support.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, server, and endpoint issues.
Support Cisco Meraki infrastructure, workstations, peripherals, and municipal applications.
Perform system maintenance, installations, updates, and equipment replacements.
Document service activities and escalate complex issues to GSG specialists.
Support cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and technology improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

Five (5) or more years of relevant IT support or systems administration experience.
Experience supporting Windows systems, networks, endpoints, and user-access environments.
Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT service management tools.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer-service, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent technical certifications.
Experience supporting municipal or government IT environments.
Familiarity with cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

Key Performance Expectations

Deliver responsive and professional on-site support.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Coordinate effectively with City personnel and GSG technical teams.
Support reliable, secure, and uninterrupted IT operations.
