IT Manager

We''re partnering with a rapidly growing company to find an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and support its internal IT operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing both cloud and on-premises infrastructure while ensuring the organization''s technology environment is secure, reliable, and scalable.

What You''ll Do

• Lead the administration and ongoing improvement of the company''s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, cloud platforms, and security systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team while remaining hands-on with critical infrastructure and support initiatives.
• Manage cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Oversee hardware procurement, deployment, lifecycle management, and end-user support.
• Work with third-party vendors and technology partners to support infrastructure and software solutions.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, backup and disaster recovery planning, and compliance with security standards.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Maintain documentation, asset inventories, and maintenance schedules.
• Assist with budgeting, planning, and KPI development for the IT function.

What We''re Looking For

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Exchange Online
  • Windows Server and desktop administration
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Knowledge of DNS management (Cloudflare or similar).
• Experience with Veeam backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud and on-premises security best practices.
• Experience with identity management platforms such as Okta is a plus.
• Experience with hypervisor or virtualization platforms is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications required; CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Security+ certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation during evenings and weekends as needed.
