Account Manager role for techno-functional professionals transitioning from Business Analyst or Project Manager backgrounds. Ideal for those with 4-8 years in IT projects seeking to pivot into client-facing account management.
Role Overview:
Leverage your BA/PM expertise to manage key client accounts, drive project success, and grow relationships in IT services/digital transformation. Bridge technical delivery with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Own client accounts: Conduct reviews, gather requirements, and align solutions with business goals.
Collaborate with delivery teams on project execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder updates.
Identify upsell opportunities, support renewals, and contribute to account growth strategies.
Translate technical details into client-friendly insights during QBRs and demos.
Required Background:
4+ years as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Techno-functional Consultant.
Strong in requirements gathering, Agile/ Waterfall, tools like Jira, MS Project, ERP/CRM.
Excellent communication; ready to transition into account management.
IT services/cloud/eCommerce exposure preferred....
