Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager with deep expertise in Manhattan Associates Supply Chain solutions to manage and grow strategic client relationships across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Manhattan ERP products, supply chain operations, and enterprise consulting services, enabling them to identify customer needs, drive account growth, and ensure successful delivery of Manhattan implementations and support services.
This is a client-facing role that requires a blend of account management, business development, delivery oversight, and executive relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with client executives, IT leaders, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer priorities and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful engagement outcomes.
Account Growth & Business Development
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Manhattan products and professional services.
- Develop account growth strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
- Own revenue growth, account expansion, and renewal targets.
- Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic account planning.
Delivery & Program Oversight
- Partner with delivery managers and project teams to ensure successful execution of Manhattan implementations.
- Monitor project health, risks, milestones, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate and resolve client issues proactively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Strategic Consulting
- Advise customers on supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Recommend best practices around warehouse operations, order fulfillment, transportation, and inventory optimization.
- Present executive-level roadmaps and solution recommendations.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, Practice Leaders, and Sales teams.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with offshore and onshore delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of enterprise account management or client partner experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with Manhattan Associates solutions.
- Experience managing Fortune 500 or large enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and warehouse operations.
- Experience working with enterprise software implementations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with consulting firms or system integrators.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
- Experience with retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, manufacturing, or third-party logistics (3PL).
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts.
