Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) Techno-Functional Consultant OMS

< data-start="164" data-end="189">Key Responsibilities>
- Lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure Order Management, Inventory Visibility, Fulfillment, DOM, Store & Distribution workflows.
- Develop and support integrations with ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, and external systems.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, testing, UAT support, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot MAO functional and technical issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.
- Provide production support following a "You Build It, You Run It" ownership model.

- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Retail, E-commerce, or Omnichannel technologies.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO).
- Strong knowledge of OMS, DOM, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, and Order Lifecycle.
- Experience with MAO configuration, APIs, integrations, and Manhattan Proactive customizations.
- Technical expertise in Java, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and Postman.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or Cucumber.
- Familiarity with cloud-based Manhattan Active platform deployments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Manhattan Associates MAO/WMS Certification.
- Retail, E-commerce, or Logistics industry experience.
- Agile/Scrum and DevOps exposure.
