If you have a strong background in IT staffing, recruitment, and client relationship management, this is your opportunity to work with a global consulting and engineering services firm. Required Qualifications and Skills: 
2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment 
Strong communication skills with a focus on relationship building 
Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar) and recruitment tools 
Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment 
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail 
Experience managing offshore teams (a plus) 
Familiarity with Individual Consultant Records (NICRs) — updates, creation, and termination
Must be US-based Preferred Qualifications: 
2+ years specifically in IT staffing recruitment 
Knowledge of job portals, social media platforms, and lead generation tools
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
