Job Description/ResponsibilitiesWe're hiring an IT leader to support
Sales & Marketing transformation and drive the technologies that fuel revenue growth, customer engagement, and digital performance. This position can be remote in the following states:
AL, AR, DE, DC, FL, GA, IA, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, NH, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, and VA only.What You'll Do- Serve as the primary IT partner for Sales Ops & Marketing
- Build and manage the commercial tech roadmap (CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Digital Experience)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure scalable, integrated solutions
- Advance data, analytics, and Customer 360 capabilities
- Drive automation, AI/ML, and digital optimization across the customer journey
- Oversee vendor partnerships and project delivery
Qualifications/RequirementsWhat You Bring- 5-7+ years in IT (BRM, IT business partnering, or solution architecture)
- Experience supporting Sales/Marketing functions
- CRM & Martech platform expertise (Salesforce, Adobe/HubSpot/Marketo)
- Background in digital/e-commerce or online experience platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and project delivery skills
- Bachelor's degree (required)
Bonus SkillsSalesforce/cloud certs, ITIL/PMP, TOGAF, consumer goods/retail experience, AI/ML knowledge
