Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and technical dependencies.
• Analyze complex project challenges and develop innovative solutions related to technology, methodology, tools, staffing, and project execution.
• Coordinate activities across developers, engineers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reporting for leadership and customers.
• Provide application systems analysis and strategic planning for software development, maintenance, and support activities.
• Oversee resource allocation and project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business, technical, and operational requirements.
• Foster Agile best practices and continuous improvement across project teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, software development management, or technology leadership.
• Experience managing large or complex software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working within AWS cloud environments.
• Experience supporting government, defense, or enterprise software programs.
• Technical background in software development, systems engineering, or cloud architecture.
