Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Senior Technology Trainers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs supporting a range of technology platforms. The role focuses on enabling users through instructor-led training, digital learning content, and technical documentation for both proprietary and commercial software applications.

Essential Job Duties

Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual and/or in-person)
Develop training materials, including:

User guides
Quick reference documents
Training videos and e-learning modules

Create instructional content for software applications (e.g., Microsoft tools, proprietary systems)
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and align delivery
Provide regular status updates and communicate progress with project leadership
Manage multiple training initiatives and ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Proven experience in technology training or instructional delivery

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Technology Trainer
Experience with:

Microsoft tools (Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.)
Proprietary or enterprise-level applications

3+ years of experience in technical documentation development

Key Skills & Competencies

Training & Instruction

Deliver engaging training using adult learning principles
Experience with instructor-led training (ILT) for technical audiences
