Job Title: QA Lead (W2 Only)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, TestNG, JUnit, and API testing using Postman/Rest Assured.
Experience with SQL, defect tracking tools (JIRA), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong knowledge of test planning, test strategy, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Experience leading QA teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lead QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Execute manual and automated testing and ensure product quality.
Manage defects, coordinate with development teams, and provide regular status updates.
Mentor QA team members and drive continuous process improvements.

Mandatory Skills: Selenium, Java, API Testing, SQL, JIRA, TestNG, Agile
