  • Communicate testing progress, quality metrics, risks, issues, and recommendations to project leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance testing processes, automation coverage, and overall software quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years of hands-on experience utilizing automated testing tools to develop, execute, maintain, and validate enterprise test suites, including reviewing automated test results against business requirements.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

  • Proven experience developing and maintaining test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, UAT scenarios, defect logs, test execution reports, and requirements traceability documentation.
  • Strong expertise validating application functionality against business requirements, functional specifications, solution designs, and complex business workflows, including cross-system integrations, interfaces, and downstream data processing.
  • Extensive experience in defect management, including defect identification, logging, prioritization, tracking, validation, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management.
