Quality Assurance Analyst

Introduction:

This position of Quality Assurance Analyst will involve building and supporting automated testing frameworks and tests to ensure that programs function according to user requirements and standards. The role will focus on creating, executing, and managing automated tests across various levels of testing, including unit, functional, integration, user acceptance, and production deployment validation testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI-driven quality practices and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures.
• Utilize AI-driven tooling to enhance test coverage and reliability.
• Understand and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
• Maintain the Test Case Repository and keep test cases up to date.
• Collaborate in developing test plans and criteria.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium Web-Driver, Java, and Jenkins.
• Manage automation framework and regression test suites.
• Plan and control test environments.
• Analyze automated test assets and provide insights for improvements.
• Provide user-friendly reporting of automated test results.
• Identify and track system defects, perform root cause analysis, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Partner with other QA analysts and architects to establish quality assurance standards.
• Perform system verification and validation test activities.
• Conduct quality assurance testing activities to ensure adherence to organizational standards.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Experience in automated testing processes and frameworks.
• Web service test automation using tools like SoapUI.
• Knowledge of cloud and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in performance and load testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or K6.
• Experience in API testing and automation with tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
• Understanding of CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of agile software development, continuous integration, and automated testing.
• Experience with testing batch, flat file, and web service-based interfaces.
• Knowledge of automated regression test strategies and tools.
