TEA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and SDLC support for large-scale application enhancement and modernization projects.
Key Skills Required:
8+ years of Business Analysis experience
8+ years of requirements elicitation, gathering, and documentation
8+ years of SDLC experience (Agile/Waterfall)
8+ years of business process improvement and process re-engineering
8+ years creating user stories, use cases, functional requirements, workflows, wireframes, and mockups
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions
Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and mockups
Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
Support UAT, requirements traceability, and change management activities
Utilize Jira and requirements management tools to track requirements and project progress
Preferred:
Experience with TEA, education agencies, or education vendors
Experience with Atlassian Jira
Experience with Modern Requirements or similar requirements management tools
Ideal Candidate: A senior-level BA with proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, requirements management, process improvement, and successful delivery of enterprise software projects.
