Specific duties include:
Apply an understanding of business needs/requirements and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the TMS / OBC space, always aligned with the Global template;Work with team members to guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis;Support the Mastery/Motive deployment, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution;Participate with the team to perform analysis to gather requirements for deployment to additional CHS product linesProvide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing for owned (partially owned or in full) objects.Support, test, and enhance simple to moderately complex information systems and work with senior team members to develop adequate error management functionality within assigned applicationsMaintain detailed documentationProvide new user training on supported applications, as requestedMaintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations, and identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditionsParticipate in testing for unit tests and integration testsCutover and hypercare support.
