Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support major application modernization and software enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and documentation processes for software modernization projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather business requirements and user stories
• Create process flow diagrams and improve business processes through re-engineering
• Develop mockups, wireframes, and UX designs to visualize system requirements
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize Jira and other requirements management tools to track project progress and changes
• Implement change control processes and maintain requirements traceability
