Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior React Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend architecture, and modern web technologies, along with experience working with backend services and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead frontend development using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Design and develop reusable, scalable UI components.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and microservices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot performance and application issues.
Participate in architecture, design, testing, and deployment activities.
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders.
Support Agile development and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills

Strong experience with React.js
JavaScript / TypeScript
HTML5, CSS3
REST APIs & Microservices
Frontend architecture and responsive design
