Senior REACT JS Developer
Role Description:
The role will require you to design, develop and test using React JS technologies which will facilitate application development and implementation from development to QA to production. You will work to gain an understanding of the current system infrastructure, security needs, network considerations, methodologies.
In this role, you will primarily focus on ReactJS programming, integrate designs and wireframes within the application code, write application interface code with JavaScript, translate wireframes and designs into quality codes, optimize components to work seamlessly across different browsers and devices, develop responsive web-based UI and supporting the ecosystem for the organization.
Responsibilities:
The Senior React Developer position requires in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, Babel, and architectural styles /API’s (REST/RPC) and Agile methodologies for the development of application programs.
The Senior Developer will be writing clean, scalable code using ReactJS programming languages, refactor and debug codes, improve existing software, test, and deploy applications and systems. Develop documentation throughout the lifecycle of the development process and provide technical support to the team.
o Ensure that the technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant architecture and applications that meet enterprise standards.
o Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
o Develop, Test and Deploy applications and systems
o Revise, update, refactor and debug codes
o Improve existing JAVA applications and systems
o Proactively monitors and reports performance utilization of assigned technologies.
o Troubleshoot software and/or hardware issues/failures.
o Manage problem or escalated tickets and tasks and out of cycle requests from systems/software owners.
o Determine the best course of action for meeting business needs and provide consultative expertise to customers on how to best use systems.
o Proactively monitors and identifies broader, more complex issues across multiple, integrated, connecting technologies and communicate as appropriate.
o Provides technical knowledge and support to District agencies, personnel, and additional stakeholders
o Performs other related duties as assigned
o May coordinate activities of application developers.
o Able to identify best practices and standards for the use of the product.
o Delivers support and design for industry specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications
o Interacts with executive level business users or technical experts
o May function as a niche technical SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Required Skillsets
· Enterprise Web Development experience – 16 Years
· Experience in working with React-UI framework (React.js) – 3 Years
· Experience in working with ReactJS, RXJS, NodeJS, ES6/5 – 3 Years
· Experience in REDUX architecture – 3 Years
· Experience in working with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular 2.0 – 3 Years
· Experience in developing React Native components – 3= Years
· Experience in working with JSX (Javascript Syntax Extension) – 3 Years
· Experience in working with REST APIs – 3 Years
· Experience in working with JSON and XML – 3 Years
· Experience to translate Wireframes and designs for development – 3 Years
· Experience in CSS libraries, Sigma, Adobe XD – 3 Years
· Experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries – 3 Years
· Experience with GIT version control repository – 3 Years
· Experience with Tomcat/Jetty/undertow Application Servers – 3 Years
· Experience with LINUX working environment – 3 Years
· RedHat Openshift Container-based application development and deployment experience – 3 Years
· Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Development – 3 Years
· Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering or equivalent experience.
