ServiceNow WSD/EAM Architect

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow WSD/EAM Architect to lead solution architecture, design, governance, migration, integration, and technical delivery across ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow WSD/EAM architecture and solution design.
Conduct architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Design target architecture, integrations, security, data models, and environment strategy.
Lead Nuvolo-to-ServiceNow migration, including data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and cutover.
Define and maintain CMDB/CSDM, asset, location, space, and relationship architecture.
Architect integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and MID Server.
Govern ServiceNow configuration and customization to ensure upgrade-safe solutions.
Define quality gates across ATF, SIT, UAT, security, performance, migration testing, and cutover.
Provide technical leadership during implementation, deployment, and hypercare.
Mentor technical teams and support architecture decisions, risk management, and governance.
Required Skills
7+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong WSD/EAM expertise.
Hands-on ServiceNow WSD and EAM solution architecture.
Strong Nuvolo knowledge and migration experience.
ServiceNow Platform Architecture, CMDB/CSDM, and data governance.
IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and enterprise integrations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, ACLs, Flow Designer, and scoped applications.
Experience with data migration, cutover planning, reconciliation, and validation.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
Ability to lead architecture workshops and provide technical direction.
Certifications
CSA and CAD expected.
WSD/EAM/HAM/FSM certifications preferred.
CTA/CMA strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
