The Ask? Client is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Tech. Architect with hands-on experience implementing Workplace Service Delivery. In this role, she/he must capabilities to digitize workplace operations and visitor management using standard ServiceNow functionality. This includes workplace request management, facilities case management, visitor lifecycle management, self-service portal, kiosk check-in, reservations (OOTB), and workplace reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Workplace Service Delivery solution aligned to approved business processes Workplace Service Catalog and Request Workflows End-to-End Visitor Management Solution (Registration, Approval, Check-in & Check-out) Employee & Visitor Self-Service Portal Experience Configured Visitor Kiosk Experience Standard Workplace Operational Dashboards and Reports Solution Design Documentation (SDD) and Configuration Documentation.
• Configure Field Service Management to support planning, dispatching, execution, and closure of field work activities, including technician enablement, mobile experience, SLA management, and operational visibility.
• Work Order Management Process and workflows Dispatcher Workspace Configuration Technician Mobile Experience Skills-Based Assignment & Dispatch Configuration SLA & Operational Monitoring Framework Standard Operational Reports & Dashboards Solution Design & Configuration Documentation.
• Implement Enterprise Asset Management capabilities to establish a centralized facilities asset repository supporting asset lifecycle management, maintenance execution, and asset relationships.
• Asset Data Model & Asset Hierarchy Facilities Asset Repository Asset Lifecycle Management Configuration Asset-to-Location & Asset-to-Work Order Relationships Approved Customer Asset Data Migration Asset Health & Maintenance Dashboards Solution Design & Configuration Documentation.
• Establish the foundational integration framework supporting the MVP by defining data movement, integration architecture, connectivity patterns, and future integration readiness.
• Integration Discovery Assessment Report High-Level Integration Design (HLD) Data Flow & Integration Architecture Data Migration & Import/Export Strategy Standard Integration Framework for MVP Integration Configuration Documentation

Skills and Experience:

• CTA Certification is strongly desired.
• Experience configuring ITSM and/or CSM modules
• Experience supporting DevSecOps-aligned Agile teams
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS):
    
    • CIS - IT Service Management (ITSM) or
    • CIS - Customer Service Management (CSM) or
    • CIS - Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
• 4+ years as a ServiceNow Architect
• 10+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
