The Ask?
A Fortune 500 Financial Services client requires a ServiceNow AI Control Tower Architect to design, build, and operationalize an enterprise-wide AI command center. You will link incident risk, change exposure, compliance controls, and model drift monitoring into one unified operational command surface.
This engagement directly influences how the client''s CIO and Risk leadership view IT resilience. You will present outcomes at board level.
Skills and Experience
- 15+ years in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform
- Deep hands-on experience with ITOM, CMDB, Event Management, and GRC modules
- Proven AI/ML integration expertise within ServiceNow — Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, and custom ML model deployment
- Financial Services or BFSI background strongly preferred; understanding of SOX, Basel III, or FedRAMP compliance environments
- Strong executive communication skills — you can translate AI architecture into risk language for a CFO
- Corp-to-Corp engagement only; long-term commitment expected
Certification(s) Desired: CSA, CIS-ITOM, CIS-GRC (preferred), Now Assist Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Architect the AI Control Tower framework connecting ITOM, CMDB, GRC, and ITSM data into a single real-time command view
- Configure Predictive Intelligence models to identify incident risk, change collision, and SLA breach probability
- Integrate Now Assist for autonomous triage, summarization, and recommended remediation actions
- Build custom dashboards surfacing compliance control status, model confidence scores, and operational risk signals
- Design AIOps runbooks and playbooks for autonomous response to critical event patterns
- Deliver a governance framework for AI model performance monitoring and drift detection
- Present status and outcomes directly to IT leadership, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders
