The Ask? Client is looking for a ServiceNow S2P Technical Consultant / Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow’s Source-to-Pay suite. You will be responsible for transforming complex procurement landscapes into streamlined, AI-driven workflows. This is not just a technical role; you are a strategic partner who will bridge the gap between Finance/Procurement stakeholders and technical delivery teams to eliminate shadow spend and maximize ROI.
Skills and Experience
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem, with at least 3 years focused specifically on Procurement Service Management (PSM) or S2P.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and the ServiceNow Portal (Employee Center).
- Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of the procurement lifecycle (PR to PO, Goods Receipt, Invoicing, and Supplier Risk).
- Certifications: * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Procurement or Supplier Lifecycle Management.
- The Agentic Mindset: Experience implementing AI-driven automation or generative AI features within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strategic Communication: Ability to articulate technical complexity through a business-value lens (focusing on cycle time, compliance, and cost savings).
- Consultative Background: Prior experience in a high-growth technology staffing or consulting environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design for Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO), Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), and Accounts Payable Operations (APO).
- ERP Integration: Design seamless integrations between ServiceNow and Tier-1 ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or Workday) using Integration Hub and customized APIs.
- Innovation Leadership: Incorporate Agentic AI and Now Assist capabilities to automate spot-buying, invoice exception handling, and supplier risk assessments.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Facilitate workshops with C-suite and Procurement leaders to translate business KPIs into technical requirements.
- Governance: Establish best practices for the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to ensure procurement data supports enterprise-wide visibility.
