Location : Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with SPM, PPM, Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and ServiceNow platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Lead implementation and enhancement of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
• Configure and customize:

o Portfolio Management

o Project Management

o Demand Management

o Resource Management

o Strategic Planning

o Financial Management

o Agile Development

o Innovation Management

• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
• Define platform architecture, data models, integrations, workflows, and security.
• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer flows, and Script Includes.
• Integrate ServiceNow SPM with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
• Establish best practices for ServiceNow development, customization, governance, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and technical teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Analyze existing SPM implementations and recommend improvements.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow upgrade-safe and out-of-box functionality principles.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• 4+ years of experience specifically with ServiceNow SPM/PPM.
• Strong expertise in SPM architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Strategic Planning modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Experience designing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, roles, tables, and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Strategic Portfolio Management.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD is a plus.
