Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect / Technical Lead to lead the architecture, design, development, integration, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on ServiceNow technical expertise with architecture and leadership experience and will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, security, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

·         Define scalable platform architecture, technical standards, development practices, and governance.

·         Provide technical leadership across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Catalog.

·         Design complex workflows and automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Glide APIs.

·         Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and web services.

·         Drive CMDB and CSDM architecture, including data quality, service relationships, reconciliation, and governance.

·         Review existing implementations and improve platform performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

·         Lead ServiceNow upgrades, platform enhancements, migrations, and major releases.

·         Establish best practices for ACLs, security, integrations, customizations, scoped applications, and platform governance.

·         Translate complex business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.

·         Conduct architecture and code reviews and mentor ServiceNow developers and engineers.

·         Partner with enterprise architects, product owners, infrastructure, security, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

·         12+ years of overall IT experience with extensive hands-on ServiceNow experience.

·         Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer in large enterprise environments.

·         Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and core platform capabilities.

·         Strong experience with ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM.

·         Advanced ServiceNow development skills including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.

·         Strong experience designing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related integration technologies.

·         Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, ACLs, roles, authentication, and platform governance.

·         Experience designing highly available, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

·         Strong troubleshooting, architecture documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITAM, HAM/SAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, or GRC/IRM.

·         Experience working within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.

·         Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure, AWS, Active Directory/Entra ID, monitoring platforms, DevOps tools, and security platforms.

·         ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly desirable.

·         Experience leading technical teams and mentoring ServiceNow developers.

·         Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and enterprise SDLC practices.
