Senior Business Development Executive | IT Staffing (100% Remote)

As we continue our next phase of growth, we're looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who is passionate about building new client relationships and driving revenue growth.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced sales professional with a true hunter mentality. Someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business with mid-market and enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with clients
• Collaborate closely with Vega's senior recruiting team to deliver outstanding talent solutions
• Help drive Vega's continued expansion and market growth

Compensation

This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
