Business Development Executive - Staffing/Recruitment

- 5-8 years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development in the US market with preferably Fortune 1000 & Federal Clients.

- Must have client's project bagging / client Acquisition skills / relationship with direct clients.

- US Market IT Staffing Business Development experience.

- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners/End Client to hit the ground running.

- Should be able to review contracts, handle negotiations and complete the sales cycle.

- Must have sound Experience in understanding IT Technologies / Software Products & Tools
