Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end FSS transformation programs from strategy and roadmap through execution, stabilization, and benefits realization.
· Drive transformation across finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, and financial reporting.
· Develop and manage integrated program plans covering process, people, technology, data, controls, change management, and organizational readiness.
· Establish transformation roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, governance structures, and executive reporting.
· Partner closely with Finance leadership, FSS leadership, Business Process Owners, IT, Data & Analytics, ERP teams, and external partners.
· Drive process standardization and harmonization across business units, geographies, and operating entities.
· Manage complex cross-functional dependencies across ERP, data, integration, reporting, automation, and enterprise platforms.
· Lead workshops and executive working sessions to define current-state challenges, target-state processes, transformation opportunities, and implementation priorities.
· Manage program risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, scope, budget, and resource capacity.
· Establish effective governance and ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.
· Track business outcomes and ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable benefits
· Coordinate organizational change management, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption activities.
· Manage system integrators, consulting partners, and technology vendors where applicable.
· Provide concise and actionable updates to senior executives and steering committees.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within Finance, FSS, ERP, or enterprise transformation.
· Demonstrated experience leading complex Financial Shared Services or Finance Transformation programs in large/global organizations.
· Strong understanding of finance processes, and transformation methodologies.
· Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and large cross-functional teams.
· Experience working across Finance, IT, Operations, Data, and business functions in a matrixed organization.
· Strong experience with executive stakeholder management and steering committee governance.
· Demonstrated ability to drive transformation where requirements, ownership, processes, and technology solutions may initially be ambiguous.
· Strong financial and commercial management skills, including program budgets, resource planning, and benefits tracking.
· Experience with SAP and familiarity with finance technology ecosystems.
· Experience with process automation, analytics, AI, workflow, and digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
· Proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive decisions across organizational boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications
· PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project/program management certification.
· Experience with Finance Transformation effort across large and complex organization.
· Experience with Finance Data Platforms, Power BI, Databricks, automation, AI, or related analytics technologies.
· Experience managing large-scale consulting/system integration partners.
