Release Train Engineer (RTE) ERP / SAP Transformation Program

Introduction:

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a key role within the ERP / SAP Transformation Program responsible for enabling an Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver value effectively, predictably, and continuously. The RTE serves as a facilitator, coach, and servant leader, working collaboratively with multiple Agile teams, Product Management, Architecture, and business stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable Agile Release Train Success
  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and Execution
  • Coordinate Cross-Team Delivery
  • Facilitate ART Events and Learning Cycles
  • Improve Flow and Predictability
  • Coach and Develop Agile Ways of Working

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in facilitating large-scale Agile delivery initiatives, working across multiple Agile teams, managing cross-team dependencies, and supporting SAP / ERP transformation initiatives.
