We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager SAP Ariba Configuration & Business Analyst to support and enhance the SAP Ariba platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SAP Ariba configuration experience, business analysis skills, procurement process knowledge, and experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, configure solutions, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements across the SAP Ariba ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements
Gather and document business requirements related to procurement and supply chain processes.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
SAP Ariba Configuration & Implementation
Perform hands-on configuration of SAP Ariba solutions.
Configure and support Ariba Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Invoicing.
Configure workflows, approval rules, business processes, and system functionality.
Participate in solution design, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
Support new features, enhancements, upgrades, and system changes.
Integration
Support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA/SAP ERP and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues.
Work with middleware, APIs, and other integration technologies.
Support master data and transactional data integration across systems.
Production Support & Troubleshooting
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Ariba applications.
Investigate and resolve system, workflow, integration, and performance issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
Support incident and escalation management.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
Provide status updates and communicate technical information to business stakeholders.
Develop training materials and system documentation when required.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and SAP Ariba functionality.
Stay current with SAP Ariba features and best practices.
Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Participate in upgrades, testing, quality assurance, and Agile activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR
Advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, OR
14+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
Strong experience as a SAP Ariba Business Analyst, Consultant, Lead, or Manager.
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba configuration.
Experience with Ariba Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and/or Invoicing.
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and procurement processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP.
Experience supporting SAP Ariba integrations.
Experience with middleware, APIs, or integration technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience providing L2/L3 application support.
Strong business requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Willingness to travel approximately 10 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Ariba certification.
Experience with SAP CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
Experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Agile methodology experience.
Experience with project management tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience leading enterprise SAP Ariba implementations or transformation initiatives.
