SOFT's client, located in Newark, NJ (hybrid) is seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Support Manager for a long-term contract assignemnt. This role is a first level leader, as a working supervisor, that can oversee up to 5 associates in the lower nomenclatures performing a broad ranges of program implementation duties Oversee the performance of vendor(s), both office and field, that have been contracted to deliver program services Manage employee performance Ensure vendor and employee compli
