🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator / SaaS Admin OCI to lead the administration, security, configuration, maintenance, and production support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & OTM environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle Fusion Cloud administration experience, mandatory OCI knowledge, ERP implementation experience, and the ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead administration and support of Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM & OTM.
- Manage Oracle Fusion security, user access, role provisioning, custom roles, and auditing.
- Plan and execute Oracle Cloud environment refreshes, maintenance, and post-refresh activities.
- Manage configuration migrations involving OIC, BIP, BICC, and ESS Jobs.
- Support Oracle Fusion environments across implementation and production.
- Monitor Oracle patches, critical updates, maintenance, and service notifications.
- Manage Oracle MOS Service Requests and ServiceNow tickets within SLA.
- Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with Security, Network, Development, Oracle, and business teams.
- Develop ERP KPIs, operational metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Establish best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud reliability and security.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
🔹 Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall ERP Administration experience.
- 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM & OTM.
- Experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.
- Experience leading ERP implementation activities including Requirements, Design, Testing & Rollout.
- Mandatory: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures/data dictionary and application objects.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, IT Change Control, deployment methodologies, and application lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
🔹 Preferred Skills
- OCI Foundations Associate / OCI Architect Associate certification.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification.
- Experience managing technical or functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and strategic project-planning experience.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
