Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator to lead the administration and support of our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & OTM environments. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Environment Administration: Lead Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM & OTM administration, application support, security, and user access.

• Security & Compliance: Manage Oracle Fusion security, role provisioning, custom roles, auditing, and least-privilege access.

• Maintenance & Refreshes: Plan and execute Oracle Cloud environment refreshes, maintenance windows, and post-refresh activities.

• Configuration & Migration: Manage configuration migrations involving OIC, BI Publisher (BIP), BICC, and ESS Jobs.

• Lifecycle Support: Support Oracle Fusion environments through implementation and production, including monitoring, maintenance, performance, and recovery.

• Patch Management: Monitor Oracle patches, critical updates, maintenance, and service notifications.

• Incident & Request Management: Manage Oracle MOS Service Requests and ServiceNow tickets within SLA.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Security, Network, Development, Oracle, and business teams to troubleshoot issues.

• Metrics & Reporting: Develop ERP KPIs, operational metrics, reports, and dashboards.

• Best Practices: Establish best practices to improve the reliability and security of Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Continuity & Recovery: Support business continuity and disaster recovery processes.

• Leadership & Mentoring: Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to other team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8+ years of overall ERP Administration experience, with 3+ years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including ERP, EPM & OTM.

• Implementation History: Experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, including leading implementation projects covering requirements, design, testing, and rollout.

• Technical Knowledge: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) knowledge is mandatory alongside a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures/dictionary and application objects.

• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of SDLC, IT change control, deployment methodologies, and application lifecycle management.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations/Architect certification or similar Oracle Fusion certification.

• Experience managing teams.

• Strong business acumen combined with deep technical knowledge.

• Strategic project planning and client-management experience.

• Advanced MS Office skills.
