Role - Oracle Cloud/ fusion ERP Solution Architect (ERP Transformation)

Location – Remote

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in ERP-led business transformation programs, preferably with Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion implementation experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Supply Chain processes, and have a proven track record of leading solution design and requirements definition in large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Solution Architecture

• Lead business and technology solution design for enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Translate business strategy, operational requirements, and process challenges into scalable solution architectures.
• Define future-state business processes, operating models, and system landscapes.
• Drive solution blueprinting, architecture governance, and business process harmonization.

Requirements Gathering & Business Consulting

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, process owners, and executive sponsors.
• Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze current-state business processes and identify transformation opportunities.
• Develop business capability maps, process flows, user journeys, and solution requirements.

ERP Transformation Leadership

• Lead solution design across Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion implementations and related enterprise platforms.
• Ensure alignment between ERP capabilities and business objectives.
• Guide fit-gap assessments, process redesign, and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams through design, build, testing, and deployment phases.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of overall experience in enterprise applications, business transformation, or solution architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation or transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion, Oracle EBS, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Supply Chain Operations
• Inventory and Fulfillment
• Customer Service Operations
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving multiple business functions and geographies.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and solution design.
• Experience working with system integrators, business users, and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or supply chain-intensive industries.
• Exposure to CRM, eCommerce, Supply Chain, and Integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and operating model transformation.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• TOGAF, Oracle Cloud, SAP, or related certifications are preferred.
